I strive to cover all eventualities but occasionally something is not quite as expected. If there is a problem with your order just let me know. Email is best as my hands are not always free of clay or glaze to answer the phone. Items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund excluding shipping.
Preferred shipping methods are USPS or UPS. If you use a PO box for receiving your orders then your order will ship USPS.
All items are shipping in a sturdy box with added padding. Shipping and sales tax is calculated at time of order.
